1. Terms of Acceptance & Age of Majority
By accessing SugarDaddy Serbia, you certify under penalty of law that you are a consenting adult having reached the legal age of majority (18+) in Serbia. All interactions are strictly subject to Serbian Law on Personal Data Protection (ZZPL) & Mutual Discretion Charter (Strictly 18+).
2. Absolute Consensual Protocol
Participation in our network requires unreserved adherence to our Mutual Discretion & Transparent Arrangement Charter. Any non-consensual behavior, coercion, intimidation, or harassment leads to immediate permanent exclusion and referral to civil authorities.
3. Anti-Commercial & Anti-Solicitation Doctrine
SugarDaddy Serbia is exclusively an adult social introduction gateway. Commercial solicitation, prostitution, human exploitation, and advance-fee arrangements are strictly prohibited. Profiles soliciting money, wire transfers, or gift cards will be terminated without refund.
4. Dispute Resolution & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed under the legal statutes of Serbia. Any disputes arising from member interactions shall be addressed under confidential mediation procedures.
